Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Carefully pack the items in their original boxes to ensure the delicate formulations are protected during transit.

Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and secure it to the outside of your parcel.

Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
